Zoho CRM Implementation Partner UK

How Axithorn designs, builds and hands over Zoho CRM for UK businesses, from the first consultation to support after launch.

Process

Five stages, the same ones used on the homepage

Axithorn is a UK Zoho Premium Partner. CRM implementation follows the process already published on the homepage. Nothing below is a new method.

Discover

A free consultation to understand the business, the current systems and what success looks like.

Audit and design

Processes are mapped, the existing setup is audited, and the architecture across the Zoho suite is designed.

Build and migrate

Configuration, automation, integrations and a managed move of the data.

Train and launch

Training on your own processes, then a supported go-live.

Support and optimise

Administration, health checks and further improvement. See Zoho support.

Typical scope

What a CRM engagement usually contains

The services page lists three CRM workstreams. A proposal may include one of them or all three.

  • Bespoke CRM design. Custom modules, layouts, blueprints and validation rules, using the business's own sales process and terminology.
  • Sales automation. Lead routing, follow-up, quoting and approvals, from first enquiry to closed deal.
  • Forecasting and reporting. Pipeline analytics, territory management and forecasts.

CRM often sits inside Zoho One, next to marketing, finance, analytics or a help desk. Where the project is a move from Salesforce, HubSpot or spreadsheets, the migration guide covers mapping, cleansing and cut-over. Licensing is paid to Zoho. Axithorn quotes the implementation separately, after the consultation. No fee is published on this page.

Projects range from around a month to 12 months or more, depending on scope. Smaller implementations are often around a month. Larger multi-app or complex projects take 12 months or more.
