How to choose and verify a Zoho partner
A practical checklist for UK businesses. Axithorn wrote it. The checks below work for any partner, including us.
Start with Zoho's own directory
Zoho publishes a partner directory at zoho.com/partners/find-zoho-partner.html. Filter by country. Open a profile rather than trusting a badge on a website by itself. Profiles are rendered in the browser; if a profile looks empty, try again in a normal desktop browser, because the listing data is loaded separately from the page template.
Axithorn's profile is https://www.zoho.com/partners/find-partner-profile.html?partnerid=f6b576ab0cc20c681050d235c7572859. On 9 October 2026 that profile showed the Premium tier, 19 reviews and an average of 5.0. Check it yourself; those figures are Zoho's, and they can change.
What the tiers mean
Zoho's consulting tiers, as described on zoho.com/partners/partner-tiers.html, are Authorised, Advanced and Premium. Zoho's page spells the first tier "Authorized". The same page sets Advanced at more than 400 points and Premium at more than 600, out of a maximum of 1,000. The points cover revenue, customer success, certifications, projects, Zoho-approved case studies and engagement with Zoho. The directory groups results by tier.
A higher tier is not a substitute for reading a case study or speaking to the people who would do the work. It is a check that Zoho, not the partner's own website, is showing that tier today.
Certifications, case studies and questions
Ask which Zoho certifications the consultants on your project hold, and compare that with the badges on the directory profile. Do not treat a website claim and a directory badge as the same fact if they differ.
Ask for case studies you can read, with a named customer the partner is allowed to mention. Axithorn's are at axithorn.com/case-studies, including Zing Events, JFJ Wood Flooring, Newton Print, Newline Auction Software, Hopewiser and Matrix Booking. Written comments from named clients are on the testimonials page.
Questions worth asking any partner
- Who will actually design and build the system, and are they the people on the call?
- What tier does Zoho's directory show today, and can you open that profile together?
- Can you show a case study in a business of a similar size or shape?
- What happens after go-live: training, administration, or a retainer? What is not included?
- Which part of the quote is the partner's work, and which part is paid to Zoho as licences?
Axithorn's own answers to the service questions are on Zoho CRM implementation, Salesforce to Zoho migration and Zoho support. The homepage states "Implementing Zoho since 2019".
Devon, the South West, and the rest of the UK
Axithorn is based in Honiton, Devon, and delivers work remotely across the UK. When Zoho's directory was checked on 9 October 2026, Axithorn was the only Premium-tier partner with a Devon address. That is a snapshot of the directory on that date, not a permanent ranking. Areas already described on Areas we cover include Devon and other UK regions, with remote delivery rather than a requirement to be in the same town.
