JFJ Wood Flooring, trading as JF Joinery (SW) Ltd, has supplied Devon-based customers with engineered wood flooring for over 40 years. Before working with Axithorn, the business ran on Excel spreadsheets for customer data, paper-based sample tracking, and a WordPress store with no connection to any CRM.

A Zoho One system designed around wood flooring sales

Axithorn mapped JFJ's sample-to-order journey and designed dual pipelines: one for sample requests, one for confirmed orders, with clear conversion tracking between the two. On top of standard Zoho CRM, we built:

  • Custom calculation functions for items per box, square meterage and automated margin calculation from cost price to sale price.
  • WordPress integration so eCommerce orders flow directly into the CRM with no manual re-entry.
